I offer guidance on safe movement techniques and ergonomic modifications for everyday tasks, empowering individuals with EDS to better their symptoms

Persistent Pain
Being a part of the Pain Revolution and a Local Pain Educator within my community, this is a strong area of interest. I work alongside individuals to help them find their "Why" and continue to live their life well, despite their pain.

Long COVID falls into the category of a dysautonomia condition and can impact your life greatly. Being part of the Geelong Long COVID clinic I can help support and guide you through this time.

I offer a person centred approach to exercise physiology. Our consultations may include movement for your condition, education about your condition, guidance or overall support.

Thank you for taking the time to visit. I'm known as Nicole and I have a qualification in Clinical Exercise Therapy and Persistent Pain Science and Theory.

I love working alongside and supporting individuals who are living with an invisible illness. Guiding and assisting them to reconnect with movement and exercise in whichever way that suits their body.
